Our Guidelines

A list of our professional ethics and guidelines

We acquaint ourselves with our clients’ business, marketing goals, design standards and project specifications.

We make things easier for our clients: from initial consultation, drop-off’s and pick-ups plus 24/7 online project access.

We act in our clients’ best interest within the limits of professional responsibility. We don’t undertake similar, simultaneous projects from direct competitors. Temporary or geographic exclusivity may be arranged.

We treat your project with confidentiality and will sign a non-disclosure agreement when requested. Likewise, we may request a non-disclosure agreement when we submit ideas and proposals to prospects and clients.

To protect our clients – and ourselves – we do not accept instructions or materials that may infringe another person’s intellectual property rights. Our clients are granted full or partial usage and/or reproduction rights to final product.

We are as flexible as possible with changes during your project. Be aware that changes in the scope of the project or project specifications usually result in delays and additional cost.

We request that our clients indicate one individual in their team to act as the company’s representative in charge of the required approvals.

We may require pre-payment, a non-refundable deposit, or may arrange a payment plan depending on project cost and clients’ needs. Please inquire.

We strive for our clients’ satisfaction and your feedback is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know how we can do better. We will be glad you did.
